14.1 Practice

Clubs may schedule up to 2 practices per week, 2 hours each, with practices held Monday–Thursday at Willis Fields and Monday–Friday at Colvin Center. There is no reservation fee for approved practices. Clubs requesting 3 or more practices weekly may be charged a facility reservation fee based on location and duration.

Clubs must submit practice time requests to the Competitive Sports Office by the semester deadline (shared via email). Failure to meet the deadline may result in loss of space to other clubs or programs.

Priority for Practice Times:

  • Clubs in good standing retain priority for their current practice times.
  • Conflicts over new time slots are resolved using previous year’s priority points.

Note: Facility space is not guaranteed and is subject to change or modification by Competitive Sports or the Department of Wellness at any time.
