Intramurals and sport clubs at OSU promote a rich tradition of friendly, competitive
activities and serves as a rally point for socialization, exercise and competition.
The mission of the Employee Wellness program is to improve the health and well-being
of OSU’s faculty and staff, thereby improving the culture of wellness on our campus.
From group fitness, F45 and personal training, to family friendly programs and competitions,
our programs offer something for all fitness levels and interests.
Through our Outdoor Adventure trip and workshop programs, we emphasize adventure,
environmental awareness, personal development, risk management training and wilderness
travel.
We serve as a resource to students by providing the most updated information on health
topics such as alcohol, prescription drug abuse, sexual health, sleep, stress management,
mental health, LGBTQ+, nutrition and more.
The OSU HEPS Grant is designed to provide prevention education regarding opioids,
prescription stimulants and other substances to OSU students, faculty and staff. This
grant also addresses suicide awareness and education.
