To obtain a free faculty/staff spouse membership, the spouse will need to visit the front check-in desk at the Colvin Recreation Center and ask for a facility supervisor.  You will need to provide the full name of the faculty/staff member (they do not need to be with you), their birth date and OSU ID card number, which begins with the letter A.

 

Once we have verified the faculty/staff member is benefits eligible, the spouse information will be entered in our system. If the spouse has purchased a membership previously, they will need to verify the information on file is correct. A membership card with a photo will be issued at that time and will be required to gain access to the facilities. If a patron should come to either facility without the membership card, access will be denied. If they wish to use the facility they will be required to purchase a Guest Pass for $12.

 

Spouse memberships must be verified at the start of each semester.
