Summer OA Student Employee
Join our dynamic team and become an integral part of Outdoor Adventure! As an Outdoor Adventure Student Employee, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our climbing wall area. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming patrons, managing check-ins and efficiently processing membership and day pass sales. Additionally, you'll ensure all necessary waivers are completed, offer belaying assistance to climbers and assist in retrieving essential gear such as harnesses and ATCs. Your proactive approach and keen attention to detail will help create a safe and enjoyable environment for all climbers.
As an Outdoor Adventure Student Employee, you will also elevate group dynamics and foster team camaraderie at the OSU Challenge Course. You’ll lead groups of varying sizes through exhilarating team-building activities and exercises. You will manage our high ropes course, guide participants through proper gear usage and prioritize their safety throughout the course. With your passion for outdoor adventure and dedication to participant well-being, you'll contribute to unforgettable experiences for our guests.
