Marketing Requests
Use the following links to request event marketing checklists, project requests and website edits to the OSU Wellness Marketing Team.
We kindly ask that you try to submit event/program marketing requests at least two months in advance of your deadline. If you have a last-minute request, give us a heads up so we know it's coming.
Important Steps
Be sure you select the appropriate form as it asks questions specific to the type of request you are making.
Please ensure you have as many details as possible when submitting your request. While we understand that times and locations can change, we ask that you make every effort to have your event details solidified before submitting your request.
If an event you have already submitted a request for is cancelled, please notify us ASAP. This will help to ensure we aren't marketing an event that's not happening.
When you submit a request form, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide on the form. Save this email in case you need to refer back to your submission.
If you need to make a change to your request, forward your submission receipt to wellnessmarketing@okstate.edu and let us know what changes need to be made. We will confirm that your changes were received and update your request.
Event/Program Marketing Request
Use this form to request event or program marketing materials from the OSU Wellness Marketing Team. This includes one-time and recurring events.
Examples: Wellness Wednesdays, F45, ClimbFit, Intramurals, Certification Training, etc.
Submit an Event/Program Marketing Request
Project Request
Use this form to request a marketing project from the OSU Wellness Marketing Team. This may include a video, graphic design request, email, or other project not related to an event.
Examples: General marketing/promotion, hiring, signage, emails, certificates, advertisements, etc.
Website Request
Use this form to request a web page update or new page build.
