Registration for intramural sports takes place online at IMLeagues.com. Be sure to register early as leagues and divisions are on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will see the times that are available to play online. Most seasons are 3–4 weeks long with your team playing the same day each week until playoffs. Some events are only day-long tournaments.

 

Participation Fee

Every participant who signs up to play will be charged $20 to their Bursar at the end of the semester. The participation fee allows participation in intramural sports throughout the entire semester. 

 

Create an IMLeagues Account

IMLeagues offers a live support button in the top right corner of all pages. Please use this button if you encounter any difficulties.

1. Go to imleagues.com/okstate
2. Enter your O-Key email and password and click "Login."
3. You will automatically join the OSU IMLeagues.
4. Accept the IMLeagues terms and conditions.
5. You will be logged into IMLeagues. In the middle of the home page click Edit Profile and add your cell phone number.

 

Sign up for an Intramural Sport

1. Log in to your IMLeagues.com account.
2. Click the "Create/Join Team" button at the top right of your user homepage page under the "Register" drop-down menu, OR click on the “Oklahoma State University” link in the top left to go to OSU’s homepage on IMLeagues.
3. The current sports will be displayed. Click on the sport you wish to join.
4. Choose the league you wish to play in (Men’s, Women’s, Co-Rec, etc.).
5. Choose the division you’d like to play in (Monday 5 p.m., Tuesday 5 p.m., etc.).

 

Create a Team

For Team Captains

Captains can invite members to their team by clicking the “Invite Members” link on the team page. Any invited members must accept the invitation to join your team.

1. If they’ve already registered on IMLeagues: search for their name and invite them.
2. If they haven’t yet registered on IMLeagues: scroll down to the “Invite by Email Address” box and input their email address.

 

Ways to Join a Team:

1. Use the "Create/Join Team" button at top right of every page.
2. Accept a request from the captain to join the team.
3. Find the team and captain name on the division/league page and request to join.
4. Go to the captain’s playercard page, view the team and request to join.

 

Join as a Free Agent

Free agency is designed to aid those interested in participating in a particular sport who are lacking a team. Individuals who do not have a team are encouraged to register through IMLeagues as free agents. Participants searching for additional players to complete their teams are able to search for registered free agents in all sports under the free agent tab. You can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions within a league as you’d like. You will be visible to all members of the site and can request to join teams, or post information about yourself so teams can request to add you to their team

 

Roster Additions

Players can be added to the roster any time throughout the sport season, including playoffs. Although roster additions can be made at any time, participants are only allowed to participate on one team in each league they are eligible to participate in.
