1.3 The Spirit of Competition

Team sports stem from the fundamental human desire to play, where the joy of participation, fitness, and friendship outweigh winning or losing. True competition relies on mutual respect and cooperation with opponents, not rule manipulation or poor conduct. Upholding integrity, fair play, and concern for safety honors this spirit, making lifelong memories and values more meaningful than any outcome.

1.4 Competitive Sports Jurisdiction

All participants are expected to follow all policies, procedures, sport-specific rules, and instructions provided by the Competitive Sports staff. Staff members have the authority to interpret rules and make final decisions on all matters.

1.5 Sports Rules and Policy Changes

General and sport-specific rules will be provided to participants before competition begins. The Competitive Sports Office may implement rule changes or policy updates at any time.
