Authorized Release List

Camper Early Check Out
Camp Colvin will not deny an authorized parent to check out their camper at any point in the day from camp. If you check out your camper, regardless of time of day, the camper is checked out for the remainder of the day and cannot return to camp until the following day. To check out your camper, please visit the Competitive Sports Office in the Colvin Recreation Center.
When possible, parents are required to inform the head counselor, in writing, the morning of the day that the camper will be picked up early. If picking up child before 3:30 p.m., please report to the Competitive Sports Office. A staff member will notify the head counselor and find the location of your child. Please allocate at least 15-20 minutes for the early pick-up process.
In the event of inclement weather, early pick-up is allowed so that you can pick up your child before the scheduled pick-up time. The following are considered for an exception to the early pick-up: tornado watch, flood advisory, any other weather forecast that is deemed potentially dangerous by the Camp Director.
Late Camper Arrival
In the event a camper arrives late to camp, they must be signed in by the head counselor or camp director in the Competitive Sports Office. Please do not drop your child off without signing them into the office.
Late Pick-Up
If you are running late picking up a child from camp, please contact OSU Competitive Sports at (405) 744-7407. You must speak with a camp representative and indicate the following – child's name, the specific camp your child attends (OSU Wellness Summer Camp), and how long you will be delayed. If child is picked up past 4 p.m., they will be charged after care for the day.
If the adult picking up is late, we will make every attempt to reach all parent/guardians and emergency contacts through the information provided at registration. However, if we are unable to contact someone by 5:30 p.m., your child will be considered abandoned and will be turned over to the Payne County Department of Human Services.
