Attendance

Camp starts at 9 a.m. every morning, Monday through Friday. Children must arrive no earlier than 8:45 a.m. and no later than 9:15 am each day for attendance records.

 

Camp ends at 4 p.m. every afternoon, Monday through Friday. Children must be picked up no later than 4 p.m. each day and can be picked up as early as 3:30 p.m.

 

Campers who miss one day or more of camp will not be issued a refund, NO EXCEPTIONS. A hardship withdraw may be given to a camper for the entire week if it is approved by camp directors.

 

Hardship Withdraw: In the event of a camper must be withdrawn from Camp Colvin, refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis and are subject to further investigation. Hardships include but are not limited to death in the family, illness and injury that occurred while at camp. Camp Directors have the final say for refunds.
