Fitness at Oklahoma State University encompasses a variety of activities, programs, services and events that give you the opportunity to discover wellness. From fun runs and personal training, to family friendly programs and competitions, our programs offer something for all fitness levels and interests.

Virtual Fitness

Looking for a great at-home workout? We have you covered! Check out our variety of virtual group fitness classes and exercise library of over 80 workout moves demonstrated by our personal trainers!

Group Fitness

Group Fitness offers over 100 different classes every semester at the Colvin Recreation Center, Seretean Wellness Center, and the Student Union. 

Personal Training

If you need an extra boost to help you meet your fitness goals, whether it be weight-loss, muscle building, or improvement in function, our trainers will develop an exercise program specifically for you.


Looking for a training program that combines functional fitness and group training? F45 is the training program you need!

Fitness on the Go

Looking for a healthy, engaging and most importantly, fun activity for your group, residence hall or Greek chapter? Fitness On The Go is a direct service that brings personal trainers and group fitness instructors to you!

ADA Accessible Equipment

Accessibility matters. Thanks to a grant from the Christopher Reeves Foundation, the Colvin has a number of machines that allow for wheelchair accessibility. Learn more and watch the video tutorials on how to use the equipment.
