Group Fitness
Group fitness offers a variety of different classes to have fun with others while
exercising! Group fitness classes are offered to anyone with a Colvin Recreation Center
membership for a small additional fee. All of our group fitness classes are led by
certified instructors. Whether you bring a group of friends or come alone, you will
have a great time!
F45
The focus of F45 is motivation, innovation and results. The daily workouts vary the
amount of exercise stations, the work time/rest time ratio and the number of repetitions
through the exercise circuit. Classes take place multiple times a day, Monday through
Saturday.
Cowboy Strong CrossFit
Cowboy Strong CrossFit workouts are universal, predictable and repeatable. Our training
team is ready to welcome you to our newly renovated Performance Studio as we train,
experience and grow together.
Personal Training
If you need an extra boost to help you meet your fitness goals, whether it be weight-loss,
muscle building or improvement in function, our trainers will develop an exercise
program specifically for you.
Fitness offers many events, classes and instructional programs.
