To obtain a free faculty/staff spouse membership, the spouse will need to visit, in person, the Colvin Recreation Center Business Office or Seretean Wellness Center front desk, located in the lobby. This may be done Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Please be able to provide the full name of the faculty/staff member (they do not need to be with you), their birth date and OSU ID card number, which begins with the letter A.

 

Once we have verified the faculty/staff member is benefits eligible, the spouse information will be entered in our system. If the spouse has purchased a membership previously, they will need to verify the information on file is correct. A membership card with a photo will be issued at that time and will be required to gain access to the facilities. If a patron should come to either facility without the membership card, access will be denied. If they wish to use the facility they will be required to purchase a Guest Pass for $12.

 

Spouse memberships must be verified at the start of each semester.
