Train like a Champion

The mission of strength training is to provide professional strength and conditioning training comparable with NCAA student athletes. The program focuses on speed development, power production, strength improvement, injury prevention and delaying fatigue. Strength training is conducted in the newly renovated MAC Gym at the Colvin Recreation Center.

Rates

  • $25 for 60 minute sessions
  • $35 for 90 minute sessions
