Personal Trainers
Grant Beffa

Senior, Finance
I wanted to become a personal trainer to help others achieve their fitness goals. I am from Texas and enjoy participating in school intramurals here on campus. My favorite workouts typically involve running and lifting some weights.

What got me interested in personal training is simply the fact that I love the gym! I am from Nebraska, and my favorite sports are football and wrestling. My favorite workout is the one where your body feels good and you can really push yourself instead of a set type. My idea of fun is anything with friends that involves doing something outside.
Zack Duck

Junior, Applied Exercise Science
Through the years I have participated in athletics and strength training I have experienced first-hand how the right coaching can change someone's life. I wanted to turn that passion into a career where I can help others. Seeing clients accomplish their goals is what inspires me to be a personal trainer. In my free time I love to work out and play sports. My favorite sport is baseball, and my favorite workouts are arm days. I am from Edmond, Oklahoma.

Master of Science in mental health counseling
My desire to become a personal trainer was cultivated by my journey of overcoming serious injuries and health challenges throughout my previous athletic career and upbringing. My favorite sport to watch is basketball and my favorite styles of training include circuit training and high intensity interval training. I also place a heavy emphasis on implementing mobility and flexibility exercises to support optimal joint movement and injury prevention.

For the past 19 years I have been a rodeo athlete (bull riding), competing in an arena against an opponent 10 times my size. Fitness has been a big part of this journey and has undoubtedly attributed to much of my success. I am a firm believer that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
Lily Robinson
Sophomore, Applied Exercise Science
My passion for personal training came from a long career of competitive dance, so fitness and personal wellness have always been very important to me. More recently, I have shifted my goals to bodybuilding and just working on feeling strong. I love traditional bodybuilding-style workouts but put a big emphasis on mobility. Originally from the East Coast so Oklahoma is a big change for me, but I am loving everything it has to offer so far!
Preston Sanford
Senior, Applied Exercise Science
My interest in personal training comes from my goal of pursuing a career in PT and helping people improve their movement, strength, and overall quality of life. I'm from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and enjoy working out in my free time.
Logan Zielinski
Junior, Applied Exercise Science
I have been passionate about fitness since I started lifting at 13 years old. I got into personal training because I wanted to help others feel stronger and more confident in the gym. I enjoy bodybuilding, and outside of the gym I like fishing and hanging out with friends.
