Free Hammock Rentals

All Day

Outdoor Adventure

 

OSU Students and Employees can rent a hammock from Outdoor Adventure at no charge for Wellness Day. Hammocks can be picked up as early as Wednesday April 12th and must be returned by Friday April 14th. Failure to return hammock on time will result in a $5 daily late fee.

Join the Department of Wellness for a full day of group fitness fun! They will put a spin on your favorite classes to encourage exercise on your day off. Everyone is welcome!

OSU esports Arena Preview

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

SU Cowboy Underground

 

Be a part of an exciting day at OSU with a sneak preview of our newest endeavor, the OSU esports arena. This Wellness Day will feature free play from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and a tournament from 2-4 p.m. The Valorant tournament is by reservation only. Please RSVP in-person by 1 p.m. on April 13 or at osuesports@okstate.edu to reserve your spot. (If time permits, there will also be a Super Smash Bros. tournament.)

 

Wellness Day Walk for Employees

11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

There is nothing more refreshing than a walk around our beautiful campus over the lunch hour! Join Employee Wellness for a Faculty/Staff Walk on the Orange Trail starting at the Student Union North Plaza Upper Level. We will be available with prizes, fresh fruit, healthy snacks, and water.

Employees, join us for a Wellness Day presentation! The topic is 'Emotional Intelligence in the Time of COVID-19.'

Emotional intelligence is a key factor in our lives that helps us to understand ourselves and effectively navigate our relationships with others. However, COVID-19 has limited our interactions with others, made us spend a lot more time with ourselves, and added some unexpected emotions.
