"I loved the comradery I had with my colleagues across campus. It was nice to have something to talk about besides work. The Cowboy Challenge also provided me with the opportunity to interact with students in a different light. Instead of serving as their “adviser” they were, in essence, advising/training me. I loved the dietary component. Our group meetings were wonderful because it provided us with an outlet to discuss our successes and struggles in an environment that would be supportive and get us back on track." -MN
"I can't tell you how much I enjoyed the Cowboy Challenge. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started, I was even a little hesitant at first to sign up. I am very glad that I did. Every day was demanding, but the amazing trainers helped push me to a new level every week. I am not only stronger, faster, and slimmer because of the program, but I have more energy than I have had in a long time. The best part is the knowledge that I gained from the program in order to keep working towards my goals long after the program is over. When I started out it was with the mindset of finishing the 10 weeks, thanks to the program I have now made it a lifestyle change."
