Operations Staff

Operations Staff employees are responsible for the operations of the Colvin Recreation and Seretean Wellness Center. You must be an OSU-Stillwater student and be adult CPR/AED certified (may be obtained once hired). Job responsibilities include:

• Serve as a resource by providing accurate information regarding recreation related programs and facilities.
• Maintain a positive, professional, approachable, and cooperative attitude.
• Serve as a positive representative of the department on and off the clock.
• Communicate and consistently enforce university, departmental, and facility policies.
• Implement emergency procedures that include care for an injured individual, initiation of our emergency action plan, and notification of appropriate university authorities if appropriate.
• Verify authenticity of patrons authorized to use the facilities.
• Launder fitness towels and other items.
• Control inventory of equipment ensuring accuracy of equipment dispensed and returned.
