Federico Aime was born in Argentina.  While his early career roles in a premier gourmet magazine and as manager for a large winery led to many hours of tasting and experimentation in some of the best cellars, kitchens, and restaurants, he thinks he owes his kitchen smarts to his two great grandmothers and a tradition of endless family meals.  He is now on the faculty at the Spears School of Business at OSU.
