Easy Eats

Looking for some quick and simple meals to make at home? Join us for Easy Eats with Student Wellness! We will show you how to cook several tasty meals all with common and easy-to-find ingredients.

Online Intramural Activities

Get competitive from home! Join us for some virtual fun in E-Gaming, Blanket Fort Competitions, Sports Trivia and more!

Virtual Wellness Wednesday

Join us each Wednesday at noon for a different Wellness Wednesday topic. We will provide fun and informative sessions on topics such as: Adjusting to Working from Home, Shedding a Positive Light on COVID-19, Staying Socially Connected, Keeping Your Body Moving, Keeping a Sound Mind, Practicing Proper Nutrition and more.

Virtual Pet Therapy

During this unprecedented time, the Pete's Pet Posse pups want to cheer you up! The furriest members of our Cowboy family will be streaming virtual pet therapy sessions each Wednesday and Friday at 2 p.m.
