Compete in OSU’s annual strongman competition, the Strongest Cowboy! Events include a car pull, log clean & press, over bar throws, and more! Awards will be given out to the top three performers in each weight class! Join us the night before in the Performance Studio to familiarize yourself with the equipment and events before the competition on Saturday! A shirt will be awarded to all participants.

Men’s:
Heavyweight: 216lbs+
Middleweight: 170lbs-215lbs
Lightweight: 169lbs or lower

Women’s:
Heavyweight: 146lbs+

Lightweight: 115lbs or lower
