Ann Hargis
Certified Sumatva Yoga Instructor
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years. With a busy lifestyle and hectic schedule, I became a yoga enthusiast to help maintain balance in all aspects of my life. When I arrived at OSU, I used yoga as a positive way to connect with OSU faculty and staff. I teach classes in increments of six-weeks, and we meet one hour each week. The class is designed to introduce participants to the basics of Samatva Yoga, while at the same time providing individualized and personalized attention. It is through the use of this inner state of harmony and balance that I look forward to further connecting, on a personal level, with the OSU community. Namaste! |
