Strength and Stretch A great way to complement yoga and/or cardio exercise. Strengthening exercises emphasize the abs, torso and "core" muscles to condition you for the challenges of daily living. Also includes flexibility and relaxation – what more could you ask for?
Debbie started teaching aerobics over 25 years ago. She has been certified through Rhythmic Aerobics, Oklahoma Center for Athletes, Fitness Professionals Association, Seretean Wellness Center and most recently in ZUMBA. Her classes use a variety of step, land aerobics, weights and the ball. Her signature class “Strength and Stretch”, was designed to compliment Debbie’s motto “No matter what you choose to do, just keep moving.”
