Cardio-Strength
This two-part class features a 40-minute cardio workout followed by muscle conditioning to shape and define the body. You will BURN CALORIES and GET STRONGER in a fun, work-at-your-own pace atmosphere!

     
 

Debbie McAuliff
Aerobics Instructor
Zumba Instructor

Debbie started teaching aerobics over 25 years ago.  She has been certified through Rhythmic Aerobics, Oklahoma Center for Athletes, Fitness Professionals Association, Seretean Wellness Center and most recently in ZUMBA.   Her classes use a variety of step, land aerobics, weights and the ball. Her signature class “Strength and Stretch”, was designed to compliment Debbie’s motto “No matter what you choose to do, just keep moving.”
