Group Exercise Classes
A variety of group exercise classes are offered at the O-Zone. These classes are included in the cost of the
monthly membership fee and can be adapted to any fitness level.

Cardio-Strength: This two-part class features a 40-minute cardio workout followed by muscle conditioning to shape and define the body. You will BURN CALORIES and GET STRONGER in a fun, work-at-your-own pace atmosphere!
Interval: This class has it all – step, hi/lo aerobics, and strength training. Three-minute intervals of each will keep you moving and your heart pumping!
Strength & Stretch: A great way to complement yoga and/or cardio exercise. Strengthening exercises emphasize the abs, torso and "core" muscles to condition you for the challenges of daily living. Also includes flexibility and relaxation – what more could you ask for?
Yoga: This centuries-old discipline is geared toward melding the mind and body into a healthy integrated whole. This class will help improve your strength, flexibility, and balance while improving posture and focus.
Zumba: You’ve heard about it, now come experience the class that coined the concept “fitness party”. Zumba combines Latin flavor and international zest into simple steps that are FUN and EASY TO DO.
