Summer Hustle is an 8-week program designed for individuals who have not been exercising more than twice a week for the past three months.  This program is structured and designed under the guidance of an Exercise Physiologist and Registered Dietician.  The goal of the program is to engage participants in regular bouts of exercise, increase their vegetable intake and to take time for their own self-care.  All of this will help participants develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  The program is comprised of 8-weeks total, with week 1- and 8- devoted to pre- and post-assessments (blood pressure, height, weight, hip and weight circumference, fasting glucose and fasting total cholesterol).
