Health Risk Assessments -- GET FREE STUFF!
We're going mobile with our health risk assessments in July! Health screenings are available to OSU employees with BlueEdge and BlueChoice insurance. Complete both the measurements and online components of the assessment and receive an orange flash drive OR an orange water bottle (while supplies last). No appointment is necessary, assessments will be administered on a first-come, first-serve basis and employees are asked to fast (nothing to eat or drink after midnight). No out-of-pocket expenses -applicable fees are billed to insurance. If you cannot attend one of the off-site locations listed below, call 744.7556 to schedule an appointment at the Employee Health Clinic.

Free Tobacco Quit Kits
The Psychology Clinic at OSU and the Seretean Wellness Center have teamed up to provide OSU faculty, staff, and students FREE Tobacco Quit Kits. The Quit Kits are designed to assist with Tobacco Cessation and contain a variety of helpful tools and information for those who are trying to kick the habit. Faculty/Staff Quit Kits are available at the Seretean Wellness Center and Student Quit Kits are available at University Health Services. For information about the Quit Kits, faculty/staff should contact the Employee Health Clinic at the Seretean Wellness Center, 744.7556, and students should contact Yvon Fils-Aime, Tobacco Health Educator, at 744.2745. In addition to the Quit Kits, group therapy programs have been scheduled.
